French Diet


The French, they eat tasty and calorie sauces, meats and prepared food next to each drink wine but they remain weak. That's if you want to stay thin by eating delicious dishes such as French, the French diet is for you.

Diet Program:
1. Day Morning: Half a grapefruit, 1 egg, 2 slices of salami. Lunch: Half a grapefruit, 4 grilled meat, salad with olive oil and lemon. Dinner: 1 serving of tomato sauce and beef meat, boiled vegetables alongside a glass of red wine.
2. Day Morning: 1 toast, 1 glass of grapefruit juice, 1 cup of coffee or tea. Lunch: Half a serving of tuna, green salad, a banana. Dinner: 85 grams of chicken, a bowl of boiled peas, a ball of vanilla ice cream.
3. Day Morning: 1 boiled egg, half a banana, a cup of coffee. Lunch: 1 box of fruit yogurt, 2 cookies, 1 cup of coffee. Dinner: 2 boiled sausage, cooked broccoli with very little fat, half-vanilla ice cream.
4. Day Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 biscuit, 1 slice fat free cheese, 1 cup of coffee. Lunch: 1 toast, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of grapefruit juice. Dinner: 150 grams of fish, well cooked vegetables, 1 serving of 1 cup white wine and sweet as a watermelon.
5. Day Morning: 1 slice of bread baked on the cheese, sugar-free tea or coffee. Lunch: 1 bowl full of soup, yogurt and diced cucumber. Dinner: 1 serving grilled fish, as well garnish 1 medium potato and onion, 1 cup white wine.
